Once a user chooses to buy a subscription plan by making the due payment, the payment shall not be refunded under any circumstances. However, Maxpaymoney shall create a user ID in its mobile app/website only after successful KYC verification of the user. If KYC verification is unsuccessful, the user will not be able to avail of the services mentioned in the subscription plan, and no existing balance will be refunded to the user. If a transaction fails due to reasons directly attributable to Maxpaymoney, and Maxpaymoney receives confirmation from the payment gateway, the user will receive an automatic refund to their bank account within 3-21 working days. However, payment gateway charges and applicable taxes will be excluded from the refund amount. If a user has received a successful completion confirmation but not received the services, they can submit a complaint by sending an email to the email ID provided on the website. Maxpaymoney will enquire about the matter and may refund the payment after deducting necessary professional service charges. However, Maxpaymoney’s liability will be limited to providing a valid refund for the corresponding payment received by Maxpaymoney for a particular transaction, and it shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of failed services on its system.
